New rotary drum deburring machine suitable for safe and efficient deburring of workpieces. Designed for HEAVY DUTY applications. For light to medium workpieces, the EVO model is available.
Six-sided drum lined with durable, vulcanized rubber (thickness 36 mm). Closure lid with gas struts, roller shutter for protection against the rotating drum, robust design, easy operation. Timer control on the control panel, main and emergency stop switches. Maximum filling volume is 40% of the drum capacity, corresponding to 750 kg (550 kg of workpieces plus 200 kg of deburring media: hardened manganese balls (200 kg included – see photo 6) or cast iron pentagons (see photo 7). These can be procured via Sideros.
Infinitely variable speed control via frequency converter approx. 13–22 rpm (additional cost: €3,200).
Soundproof enclosure (65–70 dB, see photo 9) and Sideros ECO B2 dust extraction unit (see photo 8) available at extra charge.
The manufacturer recommends sending 100 kg of sample workpieces for testing before ordering in the case of complex parts to be deburred. Otherwise, no responsibility can be accepted for the deburring result. Video available on our website.
Warranty: 12 months for single-shift operation. When replacement parts are shipped, defective components must be returned. Downtime is not covered.
