– The unit is driven by a brushless direct-drive servo motor, eliminating gear backlash and wear. This results in silent operation with no need for lubrication, and provides a safe, synchronized roller segment pair.
– Rollers can be supplied with a polyurethane (PU) surface for feeding sensitive raw materials, upon request.
– Synchronization between the feeder and the stamping press is easily achieved via a cam signal from the press’s PLC.
– The feeder can be programmed for up to 10 groups of feeding steps and saved as recipes. Feed length can be infinitely adjustable during operation.
