Resonance Test Bench POWER SWINGLY 20 kN

The POWER SWINGLY BigTable resonance test bench is designed as a two-mass oscillator.
It consists of an oscillation head, which is excited by an unbalanced motor driven by a frequency-controlled asynchronous motor. The oscillation head is located in the upper part of the machine and generates the dynamic amplitude.
The oscillation head is supported by preloaded compression springs on the upper crossbar and is guided centrally.
The middle load drive is located in the lower part of the machine and applies the static preload via a geared motor and spindle drive.
The specimen chamber is situated above the clamping table and is bounded at the top by the adjustable crosshead.
Control of the test bench is handled by the EXCITING MOT control system.
All control electronics for the system are housed in an industrial PC cabinet.
The control cabinet is made of powder-coated sheet steel and complies with protection class IP 50 according to EN 60529.
