SOCO SYSTEM end-of-line packaging line with robotic palletizer, case erectors & sealers (Year of manufacture: 2020)

This offer includes our complete SOCO SYSTEM shipping and end-of-line packaging line, exactly as it was installed and operated at our facility.
The system is fully functional, well-maintained, and was in use until recently for pallet shipping operations.

The line is ideally suited for companies with high shipping or packaging volumes that value automated, efficient, and modular packaging processes.
Upon request, the plant can be taken over either completely or in part – we are happy to advise you on the optimal configuration.

- 2 x Carton Erectors BE-2300 ATS and BE-2200 ATS
Automatic carton erectors for folding and sealing bottom flaps (self-adhesive tape, tape width: 50 mm).

Ensures precise feeding and alignment of cartons on the main conveyor line.

- Carton Sealer T-4000 with Tape Alarm
Automatic sealing of carton tops with self-adhesive tape.

Transfer of cartons for automatic labeling and inspection by scanner.

- Palletizing Robot SOCO PRS-LRS-1218-H3
Industrial robot for fully automatic palletizing based on customer-specific stacking patterns.

- Pallet Magazine for 14 Pallets
Automatic provisioning of empty pallets.

- Safety Equipment:
Hinged safety doors / light curtains, emergency-stop interlock, control system type 2, controller, CE certification.

- Additional Modules:
T-55 with conveyor and ball transfer table, F-100 + T-2000 conveying system, RAL 9006 special paint finish.

Function Description

The line automatically erects cartons, seals the bottom flaps, feeds them via the main packaging conveyor line, seals the top, labels and inspects them.
Error-free cartons are then picked up by the robotic palletizer and stacked according to the predefined pallet layout.
