SOCO SYSTEM end-of-line packaging line with robotic palletizer, case erectors & sealers (Year of manufacture: 2020)

This offer includes our complete SOCO SYSTEM shipping and end-of-line packaging line, exactly as it was installed and operated at our facility.
The system is fully functional, well-maintained, and was in use until recently for pallet shipping operations.

The line is ideally suited for companies with high shipping or packaging volumes that value automated, efficient, and modular packaging processes.
Upon request, the plant can be taken over either completely or in part – we are happy to advise you on the optimal configuration.

Function Description

The line automatically erects cartons, seals the bottom flaps, feeds them via the main packaging conveyor line, seals the top, labels and inspects them.
Error-free cartons are then picked up by the robotic palletizer and stacked according to the predefined pallet layout.
The entire system is modular and can be integrated into existing production or shipping workflows.
