The dust extractor is a mobile extraction and filtration unit for commercial use, designed for installation in the work area.
The extractor is suitable for collecting, conveying, and separating dry wood, paper, or plastic chips and dust from various processing machines.
Consists of a vacuum-resistant housing with suction inlet and backflow flap, antistatic filter elements with jet-pulse cleaning, a high-performance radial fan with IE3 efficiency class three-phase motor located on the clean air side, as well as integrated exhaust air sound insulation and air outlet grille.
Equipped with 2 swivel and 2 fixed casters, 2 chip bins with discharge bags, and a control system with 5 m connection cable and CEE power plug.
The control panel is designed for automatic operation. Automatic start-up control for a maximum of 6 machines and automatic filter cleaning with run-time addition are included. Either pickup coils or volt-free contacts from the machines can be used for the automatic start function.
Single-component PVC coating in RAL 9006 (white aluminum).

The machine is delivered ready for operation and fully assembled.

For filter cleaning, pre-treated compressed air must be provided on site (connection via plug nipple NW 7 / 6 bar).
