The base model of the FLS technology is the FLS ECO 120 rip saw. This saw is primarily used in small and medium-sized operations focused on various wood processing tasks, and is also suitable for non-wood materials. The single-blade FLS ECO 120 saw significantly increases work efficiency and material yield (by 10-15%) and can process cants, planks, beams, as well as large-format materials. Input materials can be trimmed, ripped, cut to size, or used to produce slats and lamellas. The maximum cutting height is 120 mm, optionally 160 mm. The saw can be operated by a single worker.

The machine meets stringent occupational safety requirements in accordance with relevant EC regulations and directives.

Stepless feed and blade lift adjustment ensures clean cuts and high cutting performance. Blade replacement is easy and, most importantly, safe thanks to the "ProLock" quick-release system. The saw carriage is fitted with guide and side rollers, providing optimal guidance of the floating unit with minimal vibration during operation. The upper hold-down and adjustable wooden stop ensure secure material clamping throughout the cut, preventing any unwanted movement.

FLS technology is unique for its quick and simple setting, featuring ergonomically positioned controls with a touchscreen panel. Cutting width values can be entered manually or via the standard Absolute program, or optional Chain and Optim programs. The planned cutting line is shown on the material by a laser beam, followed by longitudinal movement of the sliding saw blade.

The FLS saw is suitable for cutting cants, beams, planks, and large-format materials. Input material can be edge trimmed, ripped, cut to size, beveled, mitered, grooved, or used to produce slats and lamellas. Ideal for manufacturers of edge-glued panels, solid furniture, or staircases. The machine can also be used for cutting non-wood materials, such as PUR/PIR panels, plastic materials, sandwich panels, aluminum or cement-bonded boards.
