Mini FlowPack SVD is virtually the only device of its kind on the market for packaging both single items and bulk elements, such as parts, screws, etc. The machine is equipped with a special feed hopper and a mount for a film roll. The sealer creates a bag, sealing its side and top to enclose the product inside, while simultaneously preparing the next package.

Make-Fill-and-Seal Bag Machine

A special type of bag-making machine is the manual, vertical flow-pack packaging machine. It is best suited for packing seeds, granulates, screws, machine parts, or other bulk goods. It is not suitable for packaging powdery products (such as flour and similar). The bag is 160 mm wide and can be 100-190 mm long. Recommended film: polyethylene with a thickness of 40-60 μm. The machine allows for forming, filling, and sealing bags in three stages:

1. The bag is formed from a roll of film placed on the machine.
2. The bag is filled through a dosing chute.
3. Sealing and cutting of the filled bag takes place in a single step.
