The bottles, which are selected by a screw, are then guided onto the rotating carousel by a starwheel.

First station: Disgorging – The bottles are first gripped by the neck and the body of the bottles is subsequently guided on the inclined track. Each bottle carrier is equipped with an adjustable disgorging system and a thumb support to prevent wine loss.

Second station: Partial extraction, up to 6 centiliters (bottle in upright position).

Third station: Dosage of the sealed bottle, brought to a 60-degree inclined position. Dosing control from above and below.

Fourth station: Top-up (upright bottles) with wine using a small, pneumatically controlled pump to ensure precise filling.

The machine is of robust and well-maintained construction, with frame and housing made from top-quality stainless steel. The upper section consists of transparent polycarbonate.

Standard machine suitable for feeding 0.75-liter, 0.375-liter, and Magnum (1.5-liter) sparkling wine bottles, and special bottles available on request.
