- Installation of new upper/lower blade seats
- Installation of new blades and screws (upper/lower)
- Hardfacing of worn areas in the shear jaw

- Dismantling both covers, installation of new hinges and shafts, reassembly
- Complete overhaul of all 4 HPR 160D pumps by LINDE Poland
- Resealing valves on left/right valve banks
- Installation of new feed cylinder rod (180 x 8.29 m)
- Installation of new feed bushings including seal kit
- Hardfacing and milling feed block and hold-down to size
- Inspection of side cylinders, partial replacement of seal kits as needed
- Replacement of piston rods and honing of tubes as necessary
- General repairs to hydraulic lines, clamps, partially
- Replacement of damaged hoses
- General repairs to the structure, covers, and platform construction
- New paint for the plant
- Steel frame for mounting the machine
