This HDPE blow moulding machine features a highly specialised system for producing containers made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Furthermore, the system features a 4+4 configuration, i.e. four upper and four lower cavities, which ensures optimised output through a symmetrical and highly efficient design. This machine will be available from mid-October.

Mould configuration and flexibility:
Although the machine does not include any moulds as standard, it supports a wide range of mould sizes up to a maximum capacity of 2 litres. Moreover, the entire system can be easily adapted to specific production requirements. Additional accessories or necessary modifications can be provided upon request and are offered separately. Additionally, our technicians, who handle the dismantling, can also take care of the reinstallation of the machine, ensuring reliability and operational continuity.

This blow moulding machine comes with complete technical manuals and detailed wiring diagrams, supporting installation, maintenance, and daily operation. The documentation includes detailed specifications on container tolerances as well as technical diagrams of all system components. This allows for the optimisation of critical parameters such as bottle spacing and the distance between extruders and container bodies.
