The INDUSTRY 2.0 ATC series distinguishes itself from the standard series through the use of best-in-class, highly precise motors and drive gearboxes. These significantly enhance the machine’s machining capabilities, establishing it as the most industrialised series in its price segment.

The INDUSTRY 2.0 ATC series CNC milling machine, with a working area of 2100 x 4000 mm and 300 mm clearance on the Z-axis, is equipped with a 9 kW electrospindle running at 24,000 RPM, mounted on ceramic bearings. The machine's worktable is manufactured using hybrid technology—featuring vacuum zones and sub-zones for automatic, non-invasive clamping of materials, as well as T-slot grooves to facilitate manual clamping of irregularly shaped workpieces.

ATC – The machine features an automatic linear tool magazine with a capacity for 8 tools. The automatic tool changer eliminates the need for manual tool changes by the operator. During a single process, the machine is capable of performing multiple operations such as surface planing, milling, and drilling with different tools.

Reinforced HEAVY DUTY design – the machine frame is constructed from profiles with wall thicknesses of up to 10 mm. The entire frame is welded, then stress-relief annealed under special conditions, and finally milled. This process ensures outstanding rigidity, stability, and vibration resistance.
