The Electra 2.0 evos is, as a 2 m³ electric street sweeper, not only the larger counterpart of the Electra 1.0 in size, but also in specifications. Like the 1.0, the 2.0 is fully electric and the most energy-efficient machine in its class. Reinforcing this, the brakes utilize regenerative braking, the machine is equipped with a 48-volt electrical system, and it uses the same CAN-BUS system as the Electra 1.0. Also noteworthy is the fact that the 2.0 is 92% recyclable, resulting in minimal environmental impact. In addition to the larger hopper capacity, the cabin of the Tenax Electra 2.0 evos seats two people, features a generous 400-liter clean water tank, and allows seamless switching between two-wheel steering while driving and four-wheel steering in work mode. The machine was introduced in 2018.

The machine offers an operating time of 8 to 10 hours, including the use of air conditioning and/or heating. This has been confirmed by various tests, including ones conducted in Rotterdam.

The Tenax Electra 2.0 evos is the only sweeper in the world with a 48-volt electrical system, the lowest voltage available. Thanks to this system, there are no special requirements for the workshop, and no specialized staff training is required. Combined with the CAN-BUS diagnostics system, which makes the machine easy to monitor, this results in an extremely user-friendly street sweeper.
