Equipment / Special features

• FANUC 4-axis CNC path control, Series O-TT type, with color monitor and all standard options, graphics, cycles, subprograms, manual pulse generator, etc.

• The machine comprises:
- Movable spindle head with max. traverse of 275 mm (Z-axis)
- 5 lateral tools actuated by linkage, plus a driven drilling and milling attachment on X-axis (approx. 35 mm travel)
- End device with 4 tool positions on a slide: 3 stationary drilling units and one driven counter-spindle. Possible drive for the drilling units, driven drilling units not included. Center distances: 90 mm and 125 mm, X2 stroke = 355 mm / Z stroke = 100 mm (NC axes).
- FMB bar loading magazine for bars up to 3,000 mm, with hydraulics
- Pneumatic part discharge tray with discharge conveyor belt
• Various tool holders for 20x20 mm tool shanks, hydraulic tool slide for side mounting, various collets long and short, and other accessories
• Complete enclosure – coolant system installed, but currently without chip conveyor – rear machining currently not possible.

The machine is ideal for medium and large batch production and is very easy to program, while delivering highest precision.
