Deskripsi

Construction
The standard frame of the container washing system is made of stainless steel – AISI 304 (it is possible, for example, to manufacture the frame from AISI 316 steel instead – optional).

Equipment
The IBC washer is equipped with a single workstation. It allows for semi-automatic internal cleaning of IBC containers (using a retractable spray head) and manual external cleaning of the container (using a spray gun).

The machine is equipped with a single-dosing system for the chemical agent used in the process and features a tank with a system for heating and maintaining the water temperature.

Installation
The wash unit is fitted with adjustable feet, allowing for leveling of the machine. The customer must provide a location that enables connection to utilities such as cold/hot water, compressed air, and wastewater/sewage.

Safety

A protective safety fence has been installed around the container washing area to prevent injuries to feet. The fence panels are filled with AISI 304 wire mesh.
