Complete power plant, turnkey CHP (Combined Heat and Power) plant – wood chip heating / thermal oil system VAS 6MW thermal output + 1.1MW electrical output

The plant was originally constructed in 2003 and 2004.
Key components, such as the thermal oil heater and hot water ECO, were completely replaced in 2012.

- Hydraulic feeder
- VAS combustion chamber
- VAS thermal oil heater
- Hot water ECO
- Dedusting (coarse and fine dust separation)
- Ash removal via chain conveyor
- Flue gas line including fans and chimney system
- Turboden ORC module with 1.1MW electrical output
- Complete plant control system with visualization

The plant is being sold because a larger unit with significantly higher output has been installed next to it.
Walls and roof of the boiler house can also be included if required.

Remaining thermal output in operation with the ORC Turboden module: 5MW

Fuel consumption approx. 9 SRM/h (fuel dependent)

Dismantling must be carried out by the buyer.
