Description:

Robust steel construction ensures high machine stability. Workpiece feed is accomplished via a sliding conveyor chain fitted with plastic plates. The top pressure unit is equipped with two rows of rubber-coated rollers. Jointing Trimmer Unit before the gluing section for preparing the workpiece edge for glue application. With adjustable fence at feed-in. Maximum material removal 2 mm. Two motors, each 1.1 kW, 12,000 rpm, max. material removal 2 mm, extraction port diameter 120 mm. Includes 2 TCT (WIDIA) cutter heads.

Gluing Section for hot-melt adhesive with rapid heat-up and glue application roller. Features temperature control system and excess hot-melt glue recirculation. Power requirement 3.5 kW, capacity 1.5 kg. Heat-up time: approx. 15 min, depending on ambient temperature and adhesive.

End Trimming Unit with 1 saw blade for trimming the front and rear edge overhang at a 90° angle, flush with the workpiece. Front and rear trimming can be controlled separately as required.

Flush Milling Unit with two motors for milling a radius or chamfer, top, bottom, and/or on the front edge. Vertical and horizontal motor adjustment on hardened steel linear guides and ball bearings.
