Wachtel Columbus C516 / 96 VA1, deck oven, year 03-2021, with Weishaupt gas burner, 5 decks measuring 120 x 160 cm (double width), including 1 pull-out hearth. Comes with a matching proofing chamber (approx. 5.5 kW) and a suitable stainless steel proofing trolley, plus 8 peel boards. The oven can be removed from the building in one piece through an opening at the rear, as it was brought in from the factory in 2021. Equipped with digital computer control, “2-circuit” system, i.e., the top two decks and the bottom three decks can be operated at different temperatures. The “energy unit” with burner and steam system is built underneath the decks.

Also on site is a “Wachtel Compact Stir” rack oven, approx. 10 years old, which can also be removed in one piece through the same opening if the deck oven is removed first. Please contact us if interested.
