This system is an automated solution for the removal and transfer of parts from an upstream press. Robots pick up the parts and feed them via a conveyor and transport system through an industrial wash tunnel (wet cleaning), and subsequently through an inspection/measuring system for quality assurance. The entire process chain is designed for continuous operation, integrating robotic handling, washing process, conveyor technology, and automatic quality assessment (OK/NOK).
