Intuitive operation thanks to Siemens PLC control with touch display

To ensure that the electronics are optimally matched to the machine, we design, build, and wire our own control cabinets. We use only high-quality components, such as those from Siemens or Rittal. Intuitively operated touch surfaces allow for quick adjustments. Functions such as feed cycle or stop settings ensure high throughput. The built-in overload protection also prevents damage to the machine.

No material bridging thanks to self-clearing hopper design

The hopper fulfills several functions. It is used for loading the material to be shredded—whether manually, mechanically, or via conveyor belt. The generously sized opening also allows convenient feeding of very large pieces. Essential for the shredding process is its special design, which is rounded at the front and thus effectively prevents material bridging. Even with bulky pieces, the shredder clears itself automatically. If required, hopper extensions and covers with gas struts are also available.

Durable rotor bearings thanks to offset design

A rotor bearing must be especially robust given the extreme stresses during shredding operation. To prevent dust or foreign matter from entering, we have offset it from the machine frame. This also makes it very maintenance-friendly and easily accessible.
