For rebating windows, doors, and similar workpieces with asymmetrical, continuous profiles. Machine suitable for timber thicknesses from 68 to 92 mm.

Cycle time for rebating a frame of medium size 1.20 x 1.20 m: approx. 2 minutes.

The available tool positions are selected via a selector switch on the operator panel.

Machine equipped with 3 hydraulically operated right-hand precision lifting spindles for holding 3 tool sets, with spindle stroke: 2 x 95 mm per spindle.

The spindle stroke is performed in a U-motion, keeping the opening in the fence as small as possible for short workpieces. Horizontal stroke adjustment is finely controllable for both tool positions from the operator side.
Central lubrication system for the spindle units.

For tear-free rebating of window sashes, frames, or doors, the first spindle can be switched to right or left rotation.

For the last 100 mm of each frame end, this spindle with the corresponding tool in climb cut mode plunges into the passing timber. This prevents tear-out from the following profile spindle, which operates in counter-rotation.
Lifting of the first 7 feed rollers via foot switch. This reduces throughput time. An additional support rail allows rebating of large-format frames as well.

Continuous, chainless rubber roller feed with extremely short roller spacing. Height adjustment for the feed beam can be displayed electronically.
