XTON Smart Cleaner SC 1000

The XTON Smart Cleaner SC1000™ Automatic Basket Cleaning System is constructed from stainless steel AISI 304 and acid-resistant steel AISI 316. It is designed for use in a variety of industries and in the automotive sector. The cleaning unit is intended for degreasing and cleaning parts contaminated with oil or grease, without damaging the surface of the cleaned components. Cleaning efficiency is maximised by our proprietary XPOWER Active Cleaner BA fluid, which, combined with optimal temperature and pressure, effortlessly removes all types of contaminants. The system operates in a closed circuit at temperatures of up to 80°C. Standard equipment includes a rotating basket with a diameter of 100 cm and a 300-litre tank, which can optionally be thermally insulated to prevent rapid cooling of the liquid. The Smart Cleaner SC1000™ delivers high cleaning quality, time and energy savings, as well as safe and convenient operation. The cleaning system is engineered for the automatic removal of contamination from surfaces made of cast iron, aluminium, and steel. The design and construction of the Smart Cleaner SC1000™ comply with the highest quality standards ISO 9001 and environmental standards ISO 14001.
