new probe system, and new user-friendly measuring software.
Measuring volume: 1,500 x 900 x 700 mm
Measuring accuracy according to ISO 10360-2:
MPEe = (1.9 + L/450) μm, MPEp = 1.9 μm
Including base frame with integrated active
vibration damping.
Covered secondary support guide with additional
scale for increased measuring accuracy.
The scope of delivery also includes the following accessories:
1. Motorized rotary/tilting head PH10T Plus by Renishaw and interchangeable probe TP200 by Renishaw
2. Probe change rack TW200. Two TP200 Standard force probe modules are included.
3. Measurement software ThomControl CNC Base Geometry. All geometric elements can be measured, graphically displayed, and logged. Full evaluation of all form and position tolerances. ISO tolerance database is integrated. Measurement program creation via teach-in. CNC measurement strategies are displayed graphically.
4. The one-handed joystick MCU-Lite2 from Renishaw offers variable speed setting, emergency stop, and freely assignable function keys.
5. CNC control unit UCC2-2 Plus. The Renishaw UCC2-2 Plus CNC control unit is housed in a separate control cabinet.
6. High-performance DELL PC with 8 GB RAM, 500 GB hard drive, 2GB graphics card, WINDOWS 11 Professional 64-bit, sound card, network connection, 24” TFT monitor including 3 years of on-site service, as well as an “ALL-IN-ONE” HP color printer.
