ZERMA GSL 180

The ZERMA GSL series beside-the-press granulators, models 180/120 to 180/430, have been specially developed as slow-speed machines for injection molding applications. They are equipped with a rotor diameter of 180 mm and working widths ranging from 120 to 430 mm. The rotor is directly driven by a geared motor. The special rotor blades can be resharpened multiple times.

Material is fed via a noise-reduced intake hopper constructed in sandwich design, which is available in different versions depending on the feeding method. Depending on requirements, these granulators can be mounted on low or high frames and can be outfitted with the appropriate suction/discharge hoppers. Combined with a wide range of options, these machines offer maximum flexibility for a variety of uses.

In addition to the typical advantages of all slow-speed granulators, such as low noise emissions and almost dust-free granulate, the GSL 180/120 to GSL 180/430 models are particularly distinguished by their blade, rotor, and quick-snap systems as well as excellent accessibility for maintenance and cleaning.
