- A complete retrofit kit for unrestricted manual loading and unloading in compliance with EU directives and implementation of CE-compliant equipment,
- New control cabinet with certified dual-channel electronic PLC safety control by Siemens (1512SP F or 1515F) for process control, featuring an integrated operator panel for the following operating modes: setup - two-hand, single stroke - two-hand, and foot operation (only in combination with BWS); manual lever operation is no longer possible,
- Hydraulic safety block for monitoring the closing movement of the main cylinder,
- Position-monitored directional valve for the up and down movement of the main cylinder ram,
- Two-hand control unit with dual-channel monitoring of the two-hand synchronization at the press table (incl. 5m cable),
- Replacement of the main and control pump motors,
- Replacement of the main cylinder seals,
- Fine filter with contamination indicator,
- The press is equipped with an electronic travel measurement system (incl. teach-in function and display of the current ram position). This eliminates the need for a mechanical cam switch.
