The granulation line consists of a belt conveyor, an agglomerator technologically integrated with the extruder, and a two-stage, co-rotating twin-screw extruder with L/D ratios of 28:1 and 12:1. The extruder is equipped with a degassing system, hydraulic screen changer, water ring pelletizer, centrifuge, vibratory feeder with screen, pneumatic conveyors, buffer tank, and automatic control system with a control cabinet. This line is a reliable recycling machine suitable for plastic film, bags, scraps (≤ 0.5 mm), and other soft PE/PP waste. It features a compact design, ergonomic layout of individual components, smooth operation, easy maintenance, low noise, and low energy consumption.

The control panel is dedicated exclusively to the line and contains all electrical parts for all devices in the line, all equipped with international high-quality components, including Siemens low-voltage equipment, Fuji inverter, Omron temperature controller, etc., which ensures reliable operation of the production line.

Additionally, the control panel is equipped with a door interlock safety device. When the door is opened, the power supply is cut off and there is no voltage in the panel, making inspection and maintenance much safer with no risk of electric shock. Once the door is closed, the power is restored.
