Digital printing system for carpet and textile printing
ChromoJet is a valve-based jet printing technology developed by ZIMMER in 1976, which has since become an integral part of carpet and heavy textile printing.

The digital printing systems of the ChromoJet family are suitable for all types of pile products in the range of 300 to 1,500 g/m².

ChromoJet operates with high-speed valves. The premixed, pressurized special or process colors are injected deep into the surface of the pile with surgical precision, without any machine parts touching the fabric. The result is deep color penetration and excellent print resolution.

Dye types:
Acid and premetallized – for printing on polyamide (nylon) and wool
Disperse – for printing on polyester-based carpets
Cationic – for printing on modified (cationic) polyester and acrylic fibers
Reactive – for printing on carpets and mats made of polyamide, wool, and cotton

Applications
Floor coverings such as wall-to-wall carpets, rugs, carpet tiles, mats
