Field of Application
With increasing testing demand, the need for a higher degree of automation also rises (compared to the Cflow). The Mflow is a modularly expandable device that allows you to determine the melt mass-flow rate (MFR) and melt volume-flow rate (MVR).
The Mflow flow tester is, in its basic version, configured for MFR testing according to Method A and can be upgraded for MVR testing according to Method B. Testing according to the following standards is possible:
• Methods A and B per ISO 1133
• Methods A, B, and C per ASTM D 1238
• ASTM D 3364
• JIS K 7210
Optionally, the Mflow can be equipped, for example, with pneumatic weight lifting (with or without cleaning function) or weight placement.
The Mflow can be operated either as a stand-alone device via a modern touch display or with ZwickRoell’s testing software via PC.
