Das produzierte Endprodukt wird vollautomatisch, ohne manuelles Handling, in Sammelbehälter abgelegt und ist für den Dauerbetrieb geeignet. Dies kann mit 4 Brikettpressen (Brikatdurchmesser 70 mm) und einer Pelletiermaschine (Pelletdurchmesser 6 mm) realisiert werden, installiert in einer Halle mit den Maßen 15 × 20 × 6,3 Meter. Die Ausrüstung ist für einen 16-Stunden-Betrieb pro Tag geeignet, mit jeweils 2 × 7 Stunden ununterbrochener Laufzeit. Für verschiedene Rohstoffe liefern wir auf Wunsch unterschiedliche Presswerkzeug-Sets; diese werden getestet, sofern der Kunde ein Muster des Rohmaterials bereitstellt. Durch den Austausch des Presswerkzeugs eignet sich die Maschine ebenfalls zur Herstellung von Streu, lose verpresstem Futter oder Mischungen. Das Material wird komplett ohne Bindemittel oder chemische Zusatzstoffe gepresst. Je nach Dichte des Ausgangsmaterials entstehen Produkte mit einer spezifischen Dichte über 1 kg/dm³.
