Deskripsi
Our horizontal form, fill, and seal machine from the DEAPHS series is specifically designed for filling 3-side and 4-side sealed sachets as well as Doypack pouches. Thanks to various dosing systems, such as auger fillers, volumetric cup fillers, and multihead weighers, the machine reliably handles powdery, liquid, and granular products.
The machine autonomously produces the pouches to be filled from flat film, providing a cost-effective and efficient packaging solution. Its modular design allows for quick and easy conversion and expansion of the form, fill, and seal functions.
✅ Perfectly suited for food, pet food, pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, and other non-food items.
✅ Also ideal for filling small product quantities and samples – for example, in our mini-pouches.
✅ Optional equipment includes volumetric cup filler systems, multihead combination weighers, piston fillers, and Hibar pump fillers.
✅ Matching packaging material (pouches & film) also available from us.
Independent film unwind shaft: Ensures optimal control of film tension, flexible adjustment to film roll width and pouch specifications, and improved Doypack shaping.
