Fully automatic liquid filling system with 4 filling heads, suitable for various filling volumes, for example from 50ml up to 500ml – can be customized according to client requirements. The filling volume is individually adjustable within the specified range by modifying the air cylinder stroke – easily controlled via software, without the need for additional modules. Operating principle: Bottles are fed via a conveyor belt, followed by precise bottle positioning, insertion of the filling nozzles into the bottles, and filling by means of dosing lances regulated by air cylinders. The filling lances are equipped with a special shut-off mechanism to prevent dripping after dosing. Relevant electronic components: PLC and touchscreen by SIEMENS; recognition sensors by Sick; speed inverters by Panasonic. Pneumatic components mainly from AIRTAC. Integrated CIP self-cleaning hardware and software, customizable to customer specifications.

- Specifications: Number of filling heads: 4; maximum machine cycle rate (no load): 26 cycles/min; accuracy depends on the selected filling range and actual filled volume; stainless steel construction in SS304 – all parts in contact with filling product are made of SS316; power supply: 220V / 0.5kW; air pressure: 4-6 bar, 0.4m³; machine dimensions (LxWxH): 2500x1070x1800mm; weight: 850kg. Optional dosing using servo motors instead of air cylinders available at an extra charge. Machine dimensions for the servo version (LxWxH): 2500x1300x1900mm.

The machine/system is also available in further versions for a variety of packaging sizes and speeds.
