Fully automatic tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, and general personal care products like shower gel, shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Suitable for pre-made tubes (sealed with cap) made of aluminium. Fully automatic tube feeding and alignment (rotation in the cavity) based on printed registration marks, as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. Prior to filling, the tube is air-flushed to prevent contamination. 'No tube – no fill' is a standard feature. Water cooling system, batch/date coder, and dosing unit comprising a pneumatic piston pump and supply tank with level sensor are included. PLC controlled, operation via touchscreen.
