Fully automatic tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, and general care products like shower gel, shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Suitable for pre-made tubes (closed with a cap) made of plastic, metal, or coated composite materials. Fully automatic tube feeding, positioning (rotating in the tube pocket) using registration marks, as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. Before filling, the tube is air-flushed to prevent contamination. ‘No tube – no fill’ is also a standard feature. Water cooling system, batch/date printer, and dosing unit consisting of a pneumatically-operated piston pump and supply tank with level sensor are included. PLC controlled, operation via touchscreen. Optional at extra charge: heated supply tank, agitator for supply tank, additional format sets (tube pockets) for different tube diameters, external tube feeding lift. – Specifications: max. machine cycle rate idle: 65 cycles/minute; filling range: 1–400 ml; accuracy: ±0.5%; tube diameter: 10–50 mm (each tube diameter requires one tube pocket); tube length: 80–230 mm; number of filling heads: 1; supply tank capacity: 45 L; product-contact parts made of stainless steel 316L; power supply: 220/380V, power consumption: 9 kW; compressed air: 0.4–0.6 MPa; machine dimensions: L2000 x W1160 x H2100 mm.
