Yeast propagation system with steamable wort sterilization tank rated for 2 bar operating pressure and a capacity of 2.47 hl, a second heated and cooled wort sterilization tank rated for an operating pressure of 2 bar with a capacity of 12.7 hl, as well as a yeast propagation tank with a capacity of 55 hl, permitted operating pressure of 2 bar, and jacket cooling in the lower third (without cone). All tanks are equipped with agitators. Also included is a CIP tank. The system is controlled via a Steinecker control cabinet (timer controlled). Tanks can also be purchased individually.
