Detailed Description

The machine is equipped with a hydraulic system featuring two energy-saving variable-delivery pumps and a servo valve enabling precise control of pressure and movements.

The hydraulic power unit is mounted externally to the injection moulding machine, significantly reducing noise levels during operation. Thanks to precise filtration and a low oil volume, the oil change interval is extended up to 20,000 hours.

T2 technology with servo regulation includes:

- Two variable output, adjustable pumps
- Programmable, adjustable and stabilized clamping force
- Programmable and manual nozzle contact force adjustment
- Capability for parallel movements (nozzle, ejector, cores)

The machine also features:

- Additional continuous oil filtration and cooling system (bypass circuit)
- AES system – automatic optimization of main drive operation, reducing energy consumption via smooth pump speed regulation according to machine load (for motors 15–75 kW, 380–480V, 50–60 Hz)

Required option: 525/02 – adjustable machine cooling circuits

Tool plates are equipped with a central injection position and a Ø 125 mm centering hole.
