Remarks:
The machine has been serviced and partially overhauled in our workshop. The following work has been carried out and parts replaced:
• Dismantling of the press ram, disassembly into individual components, servicing of the mechanics, replacement of the following plastic wear rails and plates:
o Plastic wear rails left/right under the press ram
o Plastic wear rails left/right above the press ram
o Main plastic wear plate (support plate) centrally under the press ram
• Replacement of steel guide rails left/right at the top of the frame
• Replacement of the complete base plate, four-part, made of wear-resistant HARDOX steel
• Wire feed rails in the press base newly welded and smoothed
• Replacement of the counter knife, two-part, in the frame
• Adjustment of the knife clearance to approx. 2.5 mm
• Dismantling of tying and twisting unit, disassembly into individual components, servicing of the mechanics, replacement of all deep groove ball bearings and axial bearings on the twisting shafts, cleaning and adjustment of the wire knives, chains greased and tensioned
• Support roller in front of twisting shafts renewed
• All hydraulic hoses replaced
• Oil filter and air filter replaced
• Main hydraulic cylinder checked for tightness
• Hydraulic oil is only one year old, was chemically analyzed, is still in good condition and was therefore not changed, but can continue to be used
• General maintenance carried out
Finally, the baler was subjected to a machine test in manual and automatic mode, see video for machine function test.
