The semi-automatic, hydraulic saws of the X-tech line offer premium sawing technology and top performance for cutting special steels.
• The welded machine frame and steel saw frame meet all cutting requirements and eliminate vibration and noise.
• The chip conveyor is hydraulically driven with adjustable speed.
• All machine movements (saw frame, vice, feed, saw blade guides) utilize modern linear guides capable of high static and dynamic load capacity, ensuring minimal sliding friction.
• Another key feature is the roller system for material positioning, hydraulically driven. These rollers move at a right angle to the material, allowing optimal clamping.
• Thanks to adjustable blade height control, the operator can precisely position the band near the top edge of the material. After cutting, the blade automatically returns to its previous position. Alternatively, the ‘remain’ function can be selected to leave the blade at the lower position. During the cutting cycle, the software compares sawing load with preset values to allow the system to stop in case of irregularities.
• The saw blade is cleaned by two adjustable steel brushes with hydraulic drive.
• The hydraulic unit with filter and pressure gauge ensures particularly smooth operation at a constant pressure.
• Precision-ground carbide inserts for saw blade clamping, complete with hardened, adjustable lateral guide rollers. The adjustable blade guide automatically moves as close as possible to the material.
• The saw blade is tensioned by a hydraulic cylinder, controlled by machine software. Tension is automatically released after a preset time in idle mode or after a cutting cycle.
• Automatic version with CNC control available for X-TECH 900 / 1200 models, with 500 mm feed length for high-production series.
• The material is supported by a table with seven rollers. These are driven by a hydraulic orbital motor, ensuring precise placement even at maximum load.
• All guided movements run on four recirculating ball guides with high capacity for static and dynamic loads; significantly reduced feed friction. Induction-hardened, ground prismatic guides.
