Applies the hot-melt adhesive to the workpiece, feeds the edge material to the workpiece, automatically cuts the edge from the coil, and presses it onto the workpiece, ensuring perfect positioning.

For trimming front and rear edge projections at angles from 0° to 15°.

- 2-MOTOR MULTIFUNCTION PROFILE MILLING UNIT AR02 E
For corner rounding and profile milling of workpiece edges made from synthetic materials up to max. 3 mm thickness.

PRE-MILLING UNIT RT02
Prepares the workpiece prior to glue application.
Equipped with two 1.8 kW high-frequency motors running at 12,000 rpm.

SCRAPING UNIT RB02
For post-processing thick PVC/ABS edges.

GLUE JOINT SCRAPER RC02
Unit for removing excess adhesive in the transition area between the edge and the panel. Equipped with tracing rollers and a flat knife with insertion control.

BUFFING UNIT SZ02
For cleaning and buffing the workpiece edge using cloth polishing wheels. The unit automatically adjusts to the workpiece thickness.

ANTI-ADHESIVE SPRAY SYSTEM ADZ02
Precision application of anti-adhesive via injectors activated by numerical control.

KIT PRO-GLUE
The PRO-GLUE kit includes the following components:
• TEKNO-GLUE system for optimal gluing via:
- controlled monitoring of the glue roller
- automatic retraction at feed stop
- automatic ON/OFF of the gluing unit
REVERSE system for switching the glue roller between forward and reverse operation.

Electrical and mechanical preparation for use of special glue pots for POLYURETHANE adhesive in machines configured for EVA glue.

NC axis for the fine trimming unit
Kit for automatic setting of tracing rollers and tools according to edge type and thickness. Adjustment is controlled via the operator interface.
Pair of multi-profile cutters for fine trimming unit: 25-degree chamfer cutter, R=2 mm + R=1 mm, and straight profile for solid wood.

NC axis for the profile milling unit
