We offer a biomass boiler from the renowned manufacturer Urbas – a top-tier solution for the combustion of moist biomass.

Boiler output reduced per statutory requirements and due to missing components.
Electrostatic precipitator reduced for 3.5 MW
Fuel: Wood chips, bark, sawdust, pellet size: G 100, maximum moisture content: 60%

The offer includes:
- Set of electrical cabinets, complete labeled wiring
- Set of pumps and valves, sensors, probes, temperature gauges, piping
- Multicyclone (pre-filter for flue gas)
- Hydraulic ash removal from the boiler
- Hydraulically driven grates and a hydraulic sluice below the combustion chamber
- Hydraulic fuel feed with hydraulic pump, approx. 6 meters long stoker, equipped with an automatic fire suppression system in case of flame flashback
- Lambda probe in the flue gas pipe
- Approximately 12 m horizontal flue pipe
- Set of recirculation fans, one flue gas fan controlled by an oven vacuum sensor and temperature sensor
- Circulation pump, three-way valve, and shut-off valves
- Complete documentation for electrical installation and program description

Optional for an additional charge:
1. Push floor for the fuel storage area, 2 rakes, floor dimensions 3.8 m x 10 m, including hydraulic pump and complete set of hydraulic hoses
2. Insulated, double-walled stainless steel chimney, 500 mm inner diameter, approx. 15 m high
3. Complete dismantling, including roof opening and closing, crane operation, loading, and photographic documentation of the dismantling process
