We have used the system for slightly moist and sticky pipe tobacco, so it is suitable for all free-flowing products, such as spices, nuts, seeds, gummy bears, and many other types of food.

All components of the line have been carefully matched by an experienced team and have been used together as a complete line. If you wish to fill slightly free-flowing products into cans, or first into pouches and then into cans (both options possible), this is the perfect system for you.

The line can fill both into form-fill-seal pouches as well as directly into cans.

The entire system has a capacity of 30 cans per minute. Some components of the line, such as the capper and the labelling machine, have a considerably higher capacity.

Adapted for 400 ml cans; we have used both Obeck and Polipack cans and both formats ran perfectly. Other can formats are possible; the system can be adjusted accordingly (additional costs may apply).

The line consists of:

- 14-head multihead weigher with platform (working platform): 1.9 m x 1.9 m x 1.8 m, including ladder, safety railing, and automatic product feed from Hangzhou Zon Packaging (don’t be put off by the brand, spare part supply is very good and the machine runs extremely reliably!)

- Form-fill-seal machine with Siemens controls from Hangzhou Zon Packaging

- Can dosing unit from Wellman Anlagentechnik GmbH

- Can unscrambler from Tölke with automatic can feeding (cans can be loaded by the carton)

- Capper from Bosch with automatic lid feeding (lids can be loaded by the carton)

- Labelling machine for lid and side labels from Herma

Alternatively, a screw conveyor for product feeding can also be offered, allowing product to be filled directly from Eurobins and automatically dispensed.
