For continuously clean components
Continuous-flow stainless steel cleaning system with oil separator for uninterrupted material flow. The parts to be cleaned pass continuously—or in cycles, as needed—through sequential treatment zones. Cleaning is performed by passing the parts in front of fixed nozzle systems.

Suitable for parts with dimensions approx. 400 x 100 x 200 mm
A wire-link conveyor belt transports the components lying flat or standing upright through the cleaning system
• Surrounding nozzle frame – staggered nozzle arrangement enables all-round cleaning
• Separation of treatment zones reduces cross-contamination
• Adjustable nozzles and nozzle frames tailored to the component
• Adjustable working dimensions, load capacities, and pump performance available

Process steps are carried out in successive treatment zones:
• Spray-cleaning process involving sequential wet treatment zones (washing, degreasing, phosphating, rinsing, passivation)
• Drying
