Continuous flow cleaning system made from stainless steel with oil separator for uninterrupted material throughput. The workpieces travel continuously, or in cycles as required, through sequential treatment zones. Cleaning is performed via the stationary nozzle systems as the components pass by.

Suitable for parts with dimensions approx. 400 x 100 mm

A wire loop link conveyor transports parts lying flat or standing upright through the cleaning system.

• Surrounding nozzle frame – the staggered arrangement of the nozzles enables all-around cleaning
• Separation of treatment zones minimizes cross-contamination
• Nozzle frames and nozzles can be adjusted to suit the components
• Customization of usable dimensions, load capacities, and pump performance available

The process steps are carried out in consecutive treatment zones:
• Cleaning by spray process, sequential arrangement of various wet treatment zones (washing, degreasing, phosphating, rinsing, passivating)
• Drying
