Machine description

CORMAK BS 128HDRC metal band saw with optimal cutting range, engineered for professional craftsmen and distinguished by its efficiency and ease of operation. The ability to swivel the saw arm in both directions provides a significant advantage when performing angled cuts. Despite its compact dimensions, the substantial weight (103 kg) ensures high stability and vibration-free operation even when cutting larger materials. Material can be fed manually or by automation systems. The saw feed during cutting is gravity-driven, with oil flow managed in a two-chamber hydraulic cylinder. The lowering of the saw arm is regulated by a valve controlling oil flow between cylinder chambers. Precise straight cutting is provided by a set of bearings guiding the blade. The machine features a limit switch and ON/OFF switch compliant with IP54 standards. The swivel saw frame enables double-bevel cutting within a range of -45° to +60°.
