A workshop parts washer is a versatile tool that should be present in every service center, garage, or workshop. It is an indispensable device for fast and cost-effective removal of contaminants. A significant advantage is the ability to use the washer indoors.

The cleaning process operates in a closed circuit, using a cleaning fluid heated up to 70°C. The agent is dispensed from the gun nozzle at a pressure of up to 8 bar, ensuring thorough cleaning of hard-to-reach areas and heavily soiled parts from carbon deposits, grease, or oils. Both temperature and fluid enhance cleaning efficiency. The washer is equipped with adjustable feet and a leveling function.

This washer is highly effective for turbocharger reconditioning and for cleaning heavily soiled parts made from steel, cast iron, aluminum, and other alloys.

The washer’s lid is fitted with pneumatic lifts to increase safety and the quality of operation.

The device features a dual-function gun which can dispense either air only or air mixed with cleaning fluid. Cleaned parts can be dried with compressed air.

The washer comes with an intuitive control panel, adjustable water temperature, smooth air pressure regulation, a pressure gauge, a separate switch for heating the washing fluid/water, and a separate switch for power supply.
