General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting (ram + blank holder) system architecture for high-tonnage sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and stamping applications. The eight-guideway H-frame construction ensures high rigidity during pressing operations, maintaining parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances even with large table dimensions.

The CHSP 1000/350 model, featuring a 1000-ton main ram and 350-ton blank holder (cushion) capacity, is specifically designed for deep drawing processes requiring controlled material flow, especially in the automotive, white goods, defense, and heavy industry sectors. The stress-relieved steel welded frame offers long-lasting and reliable operation.
