Algemene principes van revisie Reiniging & demontage Voordat de daadwerkelijke revisie plaatsvindt, wordt de pers volledig gereinigd en gedemonteerd in onze revisiewerkplaats. Toleranties Na de demontage worden de toleranties van alle stalen componenten gemeten en waar nodig opnieuw gelast. Dit geldt in ieder geval voor de volgende onderdelen: • Persplunjer • Frame • Kanaal • Voordruk-klep Na demontage en inspectie wordt de persplunjer opnieuw opgelast en voorzien van nieuwe plunjerwielen. De beschermroosters en de voordruk-klep worden uitgedeukt en waar nodig gerepareerd. Opnieuw gespoten Na het meten van de toleranties en eventueel las- en herstelwerk worden alle onderdelen gestraald en opnieuw gecoat. Hydrauliek: De hydrauliektank wordt gereinigd.
