Its robust body and sturdy saw frame, combined with a column construction, deliver exceptional rigidity and outstanding stability during the cutting of even the most difficult-to-machine metals. The saw is equipped with a PLC controller and an easy-to-use touchscreen interface. Manual mode allows all operations to be performed directly from the machine console. In automatic mode, once activated, the entire cutting cycle—including clamping the workpiece in the vise, advancing it to a preset length against the cutting blade, lowering and raising the saw frame to the desired position after finishing the cut—runs without operator intervention. Cutting parameters such as the number of pieces, cut dimensions, blade speed, and descent rate of the saw frame are all set via the control panel. The machine automatically stops when a cut series is completed, the blade breaks, or any other fault is detected by the saw's control system. The band drive, powered by an inverter-controlled motor, ensures smooth, wide-range speed adjustment. In the event of a blade breakage, the machine halts automatically. Precision blade guidance is provided by guides consisting of roller bearings and carbide inserts. The movable blade guide head adjusts according to the dimensions of the material, enhancing blade stability.
