ROTATHERM chamber washing systems are used in all areas of industry and trade for cost-effective cleaning of a wide variety of items and materials.

Parts are cleaned like in a dishwasher. Placed in a wire mesh basket, they are washed from all sides inside the closed unit with a hot detergent shower. The machine is started after preselecting the temperature and wash duration. A centrifugal pump circulates the washing solution to the nozzle system, which also sets the basket in rotation. (Optional electric motor basket drive available)

After completing the cleaning process, the unit switches off automatically. Parts can also be removed earlier; in this case, lifting the lid automatically shuts off the pump.

ROTATHERM chamber cleaning systems are available at short notice in various sizes and versions, and can be customized for specific requirements on request. Typically, water-based cleaners are used, but solvents can also be used in our cleaning machines. If required, the units can be supplied in explosion-proof versions.
