The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a broad selection of pressing forces from 40-1500 tons to meet your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, giving you great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine design, in conjunction with the precise CNC control, guarantees durable and reliable performance.

Furthermore, the machine offers a variety of extension and equipment options to tailor it to your needs.

The DELEM DA CNC graphical control enables convenient operation via touchscreens and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated via an LCD touchscreen located on the left swing arm. The bending operations are initiated by a foot switch. In addition, the operator is protected in the working area by a safety laser and at the rear by a light curtain. Via the CNC control of the press brake, the pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, forming force, and tool safety zones are calculated automatically.
