Deskripsi
The system consists of:
A platform equipped with perimeter handrails, supporting the vibrated base for bin placement; access is provided by a vertical ladder;
Empty bag magazine: operators manually load empty bags, whose exact position is constrained by adjustable side guides; a sensor located beneath the stack signals when bags are depleted;
Pneumatic cylinders are mounted on the bag magazine structure to grip the bags, open their mouths, and position them onto the dosing spout. The bag pick-up uses a set of suction cups. The pneumatic control panel QP1 is also mounted on the magazine’s frame;
The dosing spout is supported by three load cells; a clam shell gate operated by two pneumatic cylinders is fitted at the outlet. Two additional cylinders with hooks at the ends are provided to tension the bag mouth;
Bag clamping along the lengthwise side is performed by two jaws which hold the bag upon filling completion and transfer it to the sewing machine. Movement is achieved via gear motor units and wheels running on chrome rods. During this step, the bag is supported by a powered belt for transfer; this belt is raised by a pneumatic cylinder to support the filled bag gently. Belt height is manually adjustable via a handwheel, acting on four jacks, to accommodate varying bag sizes;
Once the bag enters the sewing machine, it is sewn and the thread is cut; still supported by the belt, the bag reaches the tipping station, where it is clamped by two jaws, rotated 90°, and released to ensure it is parallel with the belt;
The subsequent belt features a set of square rollers at the start to flatten the bag, followed by a conveyor belt for forward movement;
Finally, a roller conveyor allows the bag to be picked up by the robot. A photocell halts the belt when the bag reaches the conveyor’s end;
The robot’s gripping tool is a comb-type clamp, equipped with a translating cylinder for bag discharge and two cylinders operating a clamping plate to hold the bag during transfer preceding discharge;

The machine features two enclosures containing solenoid valves and vacuum generation units;
One electrical control panel manages the entire plant, hosting the operator panel and weighing module;
The robot is managed by a dedicated panel with its own operator interface;
