Vacuum Lifter VH 6-500
For horizontal transport of smooth, dry, and airtight panels.
Robust load-bearing steel construction, painted in RAL 2000, with low dead weight.

Consisting of:
- 1x Galvanised longitudinal beam, length 2,400 mm
- 3x Galvanised crossbeams, length 1,000 mm
- 6x Spring-mounted, articulated, and adjustable suction pad holders
- 6x Suction pads Ø 215 mm; in case of wear, seals can be inexpensively replaced without tools, separate from their metal carrier
- 6x Ball valves to individually shut off suction pads, allowing smaller formats to be lifted without having to move the pads or beams
- 1x Spiral connection cable, small coil:
* Extension length 3,500 mm, designed as extension cable with CEE plug and socket
* Routed alongside the load chain to the lifting device
- Low-maintenance, high-quality, dry-running rotary vane vacuum pump with suction capacity of 8 m³/h and final vacuum of 85% (150 mbar)
- Electrical connection:
3 phases 230/400 V + PE, 50 Hz, with cable (approx. 0.5 m) and CEE plug (16 A). Isolation transformer integrated into the control system (necessary if the vacuum lifter is connected via the crane trolley and no neutral conductor is present)
- Operating handle extendable up to 1,000 mm from the centre of the beam
- Stable sheet metal pocket for your crane controls included, at no extra charge
- Operation "Suction / Release" via hand slide valve:
Wear-free and very robust hand slide valve ensures secure suction and release following actuation of the release button (double release according to EN 13155)
- Control and safety device for vacuum lifter:
* Sturdy control box
* Contactor circuit for the vacuum pump
* Safety warning device with acoustic alarm
* Vacuum gauge with danger zone indicator
* Large vacuum accumulator tank with safety non-return valve
* Double release operation when unloading

Guarantee against material and manufacturing defects for one year under single-shift operation (excluding wear parts). Initial safety inspection UVV 18, VBG 9a, with CE declaration of conformity – according to EN 13155
