The container scale manufactured by WeDi GmbH is used to record the fill level of roll-off containers. It consists of 2 drive-on ramps, measuring 1000 mm x 400 mm x 160 mm, made from 10 mm thick steel plates and including end stops with stiffening plates and struts, as well as lateral centering rails and mounting holes. There is 1 weighing beam, 100 mm x 100 mm, 2300 mm in length, constructed as a U-profile, 10 mm thick, with holes for mounting the load cells. Additionally, 1 weighing beam, 100 mm x 100 mm, 1400 mm in length, constructed as a U-profile, 10 mm thick, featuring mounting holes for the load cells; includes a 10 mm steel bearing plate, stiffening plates made from 10 mm steel, and 20 mm x 20 mm square steel for lateral guidance of the weighing beam.

Weight measurement is carried out using 1 scale cell kit BKSB 15000 with a weighing range of 15,000 kg and readability of 2 kg, equipped with 4 x K30S 5000 load cells with spacer plates, 4 load feet, 1 junction and trimming box JBB-04, and a 10 m scale cable for the display electronics.

The weighing electronics feature a BWI indicator, with an illuminated 50 mm large display, dimensions 250 x 160 x 60 mm. Housed in a high-quality, low-profile plastic casing with user-friendly operation. Basic functions: Tare, Zero, Gross/Net. After installation, the container scale is calibrated to zero = empty mass of Cat 3 container by us. Power supply: 220 volts.
